One of our most prestigious projects, Derby College’s Roundhouse, has scooped two more awards at the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) East Midlands Regional Awards.

We collected the award for the Best Education Project as well as the overall prize of the Chairman’s Award. 

“We are delighted that the Roundhouse continues to reap so much success,” said Ian Harris, a director at maber architects. “There was some tough competition at the awards ceremony but we believe that the Roundhouse thoroughly deserves this recognition. It has such an interesting and colourful history and it is wonderful to see it returned to its former glory.”

The Roundhouse won the coveted Project of the Year Award at the East Midlands RICS Awards back in May. It also won the Regeneration category and was highly commended in the Conservation category.
