New build motor training facility for EMTEC Specialised Services, a leading supplier of Modern Apprenticeship Programmes and technical training support to the motor industry.

The facility at Ruddington provides purpose built offices, training rooms and workshops for an expanding company. The building is organised around an internal ‘street’ that connects workshops, classrooms, office space and restaurant accommodation. The layout was designed specifically to allow for future expansion of the facility. Training workshops are located on two storeys and serviced via dedicated vehicle lifts.
