Located at The Point at Pride Park, the project is a cutting edge specialist training facility for the leading provider of vocational learning services.

The building has been designed with a high quality ‘engineered’ look to the principal elevations to reflect the nature of the core business training programmes, mainly motor skills, bricklaying and plumbing. The accommodation includes a series of large workshops, reception, cafe and offices.

Close liaison with Carter & Carter’s in house curriculum development department produced a flexible design to accommodate the client’s evolving educational requirements.
