This bespoke aerospace manufacturing plant for Rolls-Royce plc was the first major new project in the redevelopment of the long established Hucknall plant. It provides 135,000 sq ft of high technology component assembly and manufacturing area with 15,000 sqft of offices. The development was procured though a ‘design and build’ route where maber designed the building and acted as Client’s Representatives throughout the Tendering and Construction phases.
