The French bistrot follows the theme of its sister restaurants in Nottingham, Derby and Leamington Spa, offering a stylish yet comfortable and informal atmosphere for which Le Bistrot Pierre is renowned.

The challenge here was to take a severely altered and neglected property and produce a fully functioning restaurant, whilst endeavoring to return the building to its former appealing appearance.

The result is a unique interior, blending an eclectic French style with the feel of the original wine warehouse. It includes exposed cast iron girders and columns, smoked oak floor and furniture, original artwork, wall paintings in the style of Toulouse-Lautrec, as well as a new cast iron feature staircase with vine leaves and grapes incorporated within its design.
