Masterplanning scheme for a new university in Kurdistan, Northern Iraq, to graduate professionals in Applied Sciences, Business, Engineering and Engineering Technology. 

The University is to be built in three phases over seven years and include teaching facilities, workshop and laboratories, a focal library and auditorium, sports hall and residential accommodation for both faculty and students. 

The challenging topography, with a 25 meter level change across the site has produced a radial layout of accommodation blocks, with hierarchy of buildings placed according to its elevation and siting.
