A vision for the mixed use urban regeneration of Nottingham’s neglected riverside. A 14.2 acre site set within the 250 acre Waterside regeneration area, the scheme combines live, work and social environments designed along sustainable development principles, regenerating both the site and connecting to the surrounding communities. The project is generated around the existing Trent Basin which will be transformed into a destination marina with an urban market place.
