As Resources Director for maber, Steve co-ordinates the staffing of projects with team leaders, ensuring that each project has adequate resources to provide the high level of service to clients that the practice is known for.

As a team leader himself, Steve combines a ‘hands-on’ involvement with individual projects together with a supervisory role with his colleagues. Steve has been with the Practice since its formation in 1983.  He completed his education and training whilst in full time employment with a private architectural practice in Nottingham. 

He has a wealth of first hand experience of both new-build, and refurbishment projects of Listed buildings and projects within a Conservation Area.
