The recently completed Sunbury Court accommodation suite has been well received by visitors and delegates.

 

The high quality 80 bedroom residential block consists of two units linked by a double height mezzanine. Supporting the Salvation Army’s conference facility, the design of the rooms also allows guests to work collaboratively.

Completed on time against a very tight deadline, the BREEAM Excellent building is sympathetic to the existing Grade II Listed Manor House that it sits alongside within an area of Protected Urban Open Space.

The Commissioner William Cochrane, International Secretary to the Chief of the Staff, was delighted with the project. At a recent ‘open house’ day he said “The finished project was received with acclaim. ‘Your’ building looks and feels so right in the setting. Thank you.”
