Planning approval has been granted for a new purpose built student accommodation scheme in the Lenton area of Nottingham.

The site lies at the southern end of the University of Nottingham’s Jubilee Campus.
The 5 storey development will accommodate 169 people across 25 cluster flats and 34 studio apartments, with associated amenities.
