The proposed building faces onto the River Leen with generous landscaped external amenity spaces providing attractive learning and communal spaces for the students.
A new landscaped zone, with shrubs and wildflowers adjacent to the River Leen will create a habitat corridor for wildlife. The elevations are simple but elegant in design, clad in two complimentary bricks, a pale grey multi brick to the upper storeys with a dark grey multi brick to the base. The elevations incorporate feature recessed brick panels with textured brickwork detail and bronze coloured spandrel panels.
