Acting as project architect, Lucy has led six figure and multimillion pound schemes with consultant teams across varying sectors, including residential, education, sporting and healthcare projects.

Lucy has excellent design skills and her logical and rigorous approach places efficiency at the centre of the design process. Lucy is a skilled communicator, and works effectively with key stakeholders and consultant teams to balance project priorities and deliver the best design solution for the project.

Following our transition to an Employee Owned Business in July 2024, Lucy has been elected as our first Employee Trustee to sit on our Board of Trustees. Her role as Employee Trustee will be to represent the interests of the employees and together with all board members, ensure the trust’s success.

Lucy is also a member of our in house Building Safety Working Group, where she has promoted early engagement with advancing policy and design standard changes within the industry, which is key to continuously improving the services we deliver. Our BSWG has set up key working template documents and guidance notes for use across the practice under both our role as Building Regulations Principal Designer and Designer respectively.
