Mia is our HR Administrator, supporting the HR function across the full employee lifecycle.

 

From organising recruitment and coordinating training, to ensuring compliance and helping with day-to-day staff queries, Mia’s role helps keep processes running consistently and reliably.

With a BSC (Hons) in Psychology, Mia brings an understanding of people’s motivations and how to support them. Further gaining a masters in HR Management and a CIPD Level 7 qualification, her knowledge has strengthened our HR department and reaffirms maber’s mantra of being ‘Great to work with, Great to work for.’

Since arriving, Mia’s role has furthered her own personal and professional development through exposure to a wide range of tasks. She has been able to refine her skillset, gain experience in new areas of HR and work alongside our talented and encouraging team.
