As part of this project, the maber team will be providing architectural and landscape services, which will see 552 new bed spaces across five accommodation blocks of up to six storeys. The landscaped surroundings include a shared plaza and landscaped square, as well as study and social spaces.

Designed to enhance the student experience, the new Hall of Residence will help meet the growing demand for high-quality, self-catered, en-suite accommodation.

Construction is set to begin in early 2026 and due for completion in the summer of 2027.
