The Beckingham Cadet Training Centre was the winner of the Sustainability Award. Built with sustainability and innovative low-carbon construction at its core, this facility accommodates up to 150 cadets and 30 staff. The campus features dormitories, an ancillary building housing classrooms as well as dedicated external training spaces.

In the Regeneration & Restoration category, The Jewry Wall Museum took home the award. This project transformed a nationally significant heritage site into a vibrant, accessible destination, enhancing access to both the Grade-II Listed museum and the Grade-I Jewry Wall and Roman Bathhouse.
