He is a strong advocate for continuous professional development, actively utilising the company’s CPD platform. Through this, Stephen ensures the practice remains up-to-date on new regulations, updated detailing, and construction topics. Additionally, he dedicates time to mentoring junior staff and helping them develop their skills.
