Located on the former Hicking Pentecost site, just off London Road, the project will also reinvigorate the Crocus Street frontage of the City.

The 350 apartments in one and two bed units, will benefit from a central reception, with concierge service that will provide the focus of the scheme. Amenities will also include a gym, residents’ lounge and meeting space.  High quality external space with raised courtyards and landscaped decks will also be provided.
