Two of the studios and two of the cluster bedrooms will be fully accessible.  It includes associated student amenity space, comprising social spaces, quiet study spaces and a laundry. The accommodation is arranged around a series of landscaped courtyards, making use of the 8m change of level from the front to the rear of the site.
