Beckingham Cadet Training Centre is an innovative new-build with sustainability and low carbon construction at the forefront of the design.

The facility accommodates up to 150 student cadets and 30 staff and includes dormitories, a state-of-the-art ancillary building housing classrooms and kitchens as well as external training spaces.

Winners will be announced at the Insider East Midlands Property Awards on 17 September 2026.
