The proposed scheme will transform a key site in the town centre that has remained neglected and derelict for some time.  The new and much needed accommodation has been designed purposely to suit students needs and will generate the opportunity for existing houses in the town to be freed up and used by local families looking to reside in Beeston.

Injecting life back into this central site, the development will help create a diverse and vibrant community and will complete Phase III of Broxtowe Borough Council’s Beeston Square Redevelopment.
