In complex Design & Build projects, the main contractor may be formally appointed as the CDM Principal Designer (PD). For these scenarios, maber offers a specialised CDMPD Advisory Service. We offer our support to the Contractor-PD, providing pre-construction Health and Safety advice needed to ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 duties. This includes support with design risk management, coordinating the work of all designers, providing the necessary Pre-Construction Information (PCI), and assisting with the preparation of the Health and Safety File.
