‘Restoration of the Year’ is a new RICS award and the aim of the TV series was to showcase the incredible restoration projects that had been shortlisted by the RICS judges for the award. Split into four programmes covering construction periods of Georgian, Victorian, Early (13th-16th centuries) and the 20th century, (which featured Riverside Chambers), the overall winner was announced in the final episode.
