Emma Atkins our Business Development Manager has just completed a month long Dryathlon, raising more than £500 for Cancer Research UK.

Emma, who is from Gedling, decided to give up alcohol for the whole of September 2016 to help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

In addition, she also ‘Walked all over Cancer’ by increasing her daily step count in September to at least 10,000 per day compared to her daily average of around 4,000.

“As part of my role as Business Development Manager, I attend a lot of networking events, so I faced a lot of temptation but I am proud to have made it through the month alcohol free, as it is important to raise awareness, as well as valuable funds, for such a worthwhile cause.”

If you would like to donate, there’s still an opportunity to do so by clicking the link below, or texting 70070 with ELAT76 plus the amount you wish to sponsor (e.g. ELAT76 £5).
