A major new PRS scheme, providing 360 apartments in Rugby’s Market Quarter has received planning approval.

 

The development for the Cassidy Group consists of four buildings, providing a mix of 1 and 2 bed apartments, and is located on the former Cattle Market site, close to the railway station.

A difficult site to work with the committee gave an unanimous decision, and praise for developing the design on such a challenging site.

This development will greatly enhance the appearance and character of the local area as well as providing much needed housing and regeneration.
