We are delighted to welcome Martin Rogers as the newest member to our Birmingham team.

Martin has joined us as an Associate to further drive the growth of our expanding Birmingham office.

With more than 20 years’ experience in architecture, Martin has previously overseen the set up and growth of several offices for other practices and we’re looking forward to Martin helping to continue to build our reputation in the West Midlands.

At his previous practices, Martin led teams specialising in the design of buildings for education. He has built a strong portfolio of completed buildings ranging from primary to higher education, with recent projects for the University of Birmingham and the University of Warwick. This valuable experience will add to our practice’s already established reputation in the education sector.

A former student of the Birmingham School of Architecture and the University of Greenwich, Martin has given back his expertise to the school and the city of Birmingham by participating in student critiques, helping to produce the architects of the future.

Martin will jointly head up the Birmingham office with David Brooks and Mark Hobson. Our Birmingham office was set up after maber were named West Midlands Architectural Practice of the Year in the Insider Property Awards 2015, and we have since collected a string of other awards including winning the Insider Residential Architectural Practice of the Year award in 2017.

Mark Hobson adds “We are building successful new working relationships in the West Midlands and are excited to see the region developing as the Midlands Engine for Growth. It’s great to have Martin as part of our team to help lead the way.”
