Our team have been responsible for the design of various key areas of the indoor activity centres offered including;
The Leisure Bowl, a multi functional family area for day and night-time activities. During the day the bar serves drinks and snacks alongside Ten-Pin Bowling, a House of Games Zone and Soft Play Area for small children. At night the Soft Play Area converts into a lively dance floor adjacent to the bar and bowling.
A Guest Services unit, this sits underneath the Leisure Bowl and provides information on request, with cellular spaces for confidential consultation if required.
Pool Plaza entrance with retail outlets, creating a small shopping area that leads guests to the Subtropical Swimming Paradise (a key feature of all of the Center Parcs Forest Villages). The entrance also leads guests through to changing and WC facilities and a buggy park block. A viewing gallery for the pool forms a dramatic backdrop to the area, with seating provided for guests to wait for family members who may be shopping or changing.
Throughout the designs, we have taken the diverse mix of activities and created easy to navigate, branded environments through consistent detailing and interpretation. Our design approach has delivered solutions for our client that are appropriate to their brand and ultimately flexible and future proof.
The Sports Cafe, with a fully licensed bar that provides a variety of meals and snacks, UK pool, American pool, snooker, two House of Games areas, six Ten-Pin Bowling lanes and areas for viewing sports on large format TV screens.
The Venue, a purpose built conferencing facility for a variety of events. It has a fully licensed bar, WC facilities, a state of the art business suite and flexibility for the whole event space to be adapted to accommodate meetings, conferences, team building activities, gala dinners, product launches (including motor vehicle launches) and large entertainment events for anything from 8 to 800 delegates. There are nine individual suites with a movable walling system that can be broken down to plenary space with breakout rooms or used as one large 1000sq ft. space.
