The facility at Ruddington provides purpose-built offices, training rooms and workshops for an expanding company. The building is organised around an internal ʻstreetʼ that connects workshops, classrooms, office space and restaurant accommodation.

The layout was designed specifically to allow for future expansion of the facility. Training workshops are located on two storeys and serviced via dedicated vehicle lifts. maber further expanded the building in 2003.
