This £20m development at Pride Park Stadium, Derby secured outline planning consent in 2007 and created a vision for the club to progress from the Championship to the Premiership. The mixed use scheme included hotel, offices, retail, banking, restaurants and bars set around a new public square.
This mixed use scheme was designed to improve match day facilities for fans and create a destination for occupiers on Pride Park.
The clients for this project were Cedar House Investments and Derby County Football Club.
Throughout our long-standing business relationship I have found the maber team to promote the highest professional standards. They are reliable, creative and responsive to the needs of their clients and they deliver cost-effective, sustainable commercial architecture.
