The Grade II Listed Hall has been sensitively restored from a headquarters office building back to residential use and converted to eight luxury apartments, with due regard for the original interior features which have been restored and reinstated.

Two new mews terraces create an additional eight houses and form wings that frame the Hall and its landscaping. The houses are designed in a vernacular style to be complementary but subservient to the existing Grade II Listed Hall.

The project required participation in public exhibitions and consultation of the masterplan and development proposals.

An historic building analysis and evaluation report were undertaken to prepare a conservation plan identifying potential new build opportunities.
