My roles as Architect and Associate Director is to help ensure that maber continues to grow whilst striving to deliver great design alongside the quality of service for which maber is renowned. I strongly believe that good design doesn’t have a cost premium attached.

The working environment has always been an important part of maber, the open-plan informal offices encourage skill-sharing and with a healthy social side, it helps maber keep staff turnover extremely low.
