With social design and wellbeing at the forefront of Bryony’s work, she utilises these principles for the betterment of her clients, team and end-users.

Bryony arrived at maber in 2023 and has since worked on a variety of higher education, commercial, residential and industrial projects, with themes of wellbeing and sustainability permeating throughout.

As someone who is thoroughly organised, Bryony is always up to speed and on-top of her work. Bryony is APS qualified, certifying her competence to carry out the Principal Designer duties under the amended Building Regulations.

She works hard to promote maber and actively connect the business with charities and communities at networking and charity events. Bryony is also confident in her approach and ability to understand and engage with stakeholders and clients.

Viewing wellbeing holistically means Bryony designs various small interventions that might go unnoticed, but when implemented intentionally, can collectively impact users positively. These include strategic window placement that maximises natural light and views for desk workers, dedicated lunch spaces and carefully positioned staircases that encourage physical activity over lift use. As a WELL Accredited Professional, Bryony has a structured knowledge base for incorporating these elements.

Bryony is an ambassador for the ABS (Architects Benevolent Society), an organisation that provides both mental wellbeing and financial support to architects in need.
