As Practice Manager, Craig is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the practice. He works closely with the directors, managers, and architectural teams across all our offices to facilitate clear communication and ensure our operational processes are seamless.
Craig’s daily work is incredibly varied. It involves everything from managing our fantastic team of Practice Administrators and overseeing team resourcing, to coordinating facilities management and maintaining a number of industry accreditations. His key roles are to proactively identify issues, find improvements, and develop our systems to ensure we are always working efficiently and in line with best practice.
A significant part of Craig’s recent focus has been steering Maber’s major sustainability and ethical commitments. This involves setting measurable targets and embedding sustainable choices into our operations as we work towards a greener future. Craig has been a driving force behind our B Corp certification and our commitment to Net Zero.
