I felt the friendly culture and ethos of maber as soon as I started at the company. All of the staff were quick to include me in any group activities or group conversations, helping me to settle in. I try to keep this same energy in any interaction I have.

As IT I am sometimes contacted in times of stress or annoyance when there are technical difficulties but I always try to make each interaction friendly and a chance to catch-up or get to know my peers.

Growing up in a digital age I have always had a passion for tech and the inner workings of computers and how they communicate with each other, so it’s great that the things I find interesting as a pastime and hobby can be used to help others and better a practice like maber.
