He heads up the forward looking part of the business that considers what is coming over the horizon and makes sure the practice is ready for it.

Ian has nearly 25 years of experience as an architect, delivering a wide variety of projects and developing a notable track record in the education sector. Ian is responsible for developing talent within the business and runs our marketing and business development team. He builds strategic partnerships, relationships with key clients, promotes the business and ensures that the culture and quality of delivery teams is of the highest level.

Ian frequently gets alongside key projects, teams in competitive dialogue and clients to help them work through the initial stages of projects at a strategic level and provides guidance and mentoring to our teams.
