Having joined maber in 2018 as a Part II graduate, I have found the work culture to be very friendly and transparent. All team members are encouraged to share their ideas, regardless of their role or experience and this has been key to my development as an Architect. Staff are very supportive and the practice offers guidance and mentoring, which helped me gain my Part III qualification and become a chartered Architect. maber take care of their staff and there’s a real sense of togetherness at the practice!
