I have worked within the HR profession for over 20 years and the culture here at maber is one of the best I have seen. At the top level there really is genuine care and support for each employee to succeed, which makes my job creative, innovative and above all else, enjoyable.

I am a qualified Senior Leader and Executive Coach, and I am encouraged to utilise my experience and skills within maber on a weekly basis either through supporting our employees or supporting line managers. It really is my favourite part of my role.
