Having qualified in 1982 I have a lot of experience which I am always happy to share with my colleagues.

I have always enjoyed technical drawing since the first morning of my first day at secondary school back in West Yorkshire, and at maber that’s what they let me do – get on and draw. In my opinion it’s the underlying ethos of the practice. We find talented people and let them do what they are good at but support their needs to develop and generally speaking, people love that way of working and stay happy and loyal.
