The practice provides a fun, creative and, more importantly, supportive environment in which everyone is listened to and encouraged to contribute. 

I brought with me experience gained in practice in the East Midlands as well as during time spent in Birmingham and New Zealand. 

I believe all projects, regardless of budget, location or brief have the potential to improve our world and contribute positively to peoples’ lives. I champion design rigour within and outside the practice and constantly challenge myself and those I work with to make each project as good as it can be.
