Located on a brownfield site adjacent to what will be the University of Warwick’s new Social Sciences Quarter, the scheme is part of the University’s plans to increase student bed spaces by 1200 by 2033.

The vision for Westwood Heath is to create a high-quality student accommodation that enhances the existing natural environment, while respecting the ecology, heritage and existing context, and connecting the semi-rural site with the core campus of the University of Warwick.
