Great news to hear our Charolais Gardens scheme is a finalist in the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards.

The new housing scheme in Rugby town centre has been shortlisted in two categories:  Apartment Development of the Year and Residential Development of the Year (more than 100 units).

The apartments have been designed to address the post-covid world and acknowledge the growing number of people who work from home / flexible working.  The amenities include a communal residents’ lounge, co-working spaces and a gym.  Giving tenants who work from home the opportunity for a change of scenery and to feel more connected to others, right on their doorstep.

Aside from providing much needed housing, regenerating this derelict site has reconnected the wider existing area. The creation of a pleasant public realm extending from the boundaries through the site offers a fantastic outdoor amenity not just for the new tenants but for the existing local residents as well; and the enhanced landscaping has increased the biodiversity across the site.

Offering sought after quality rental apartments in a prime location, the development has rejuvenated this key gateway site that marks an important arrival point to the town from Rugby train station.
