Arnold Market
Arnold Market is a smart, town centre, regeneration project that supports and encourages local start-up businesses through a new commercial hub that provides a mix of business units and flexible commercial space. The market place has also been revitalised with a new public plaza, featuring sculptural granite benches, improving the square for a variety of outdoor events.
Tenants are already settling into the new units and, with the regular market-stall holders, a collaborative business community is establishing – creating a catalyst for further investment and assisting the regeneration of the wider local area and town centre.
Experian's Car Park
Delivered by our landscape architecture team, the project successfully addresses Experian’s challenging brief of improving their Nottingham campus’s environmental performance (and commitment to become carbon neutral by 2030) and marrying this with the requirement to provide an additional 200 parking spaces to meet the demands of their new hybrid working strategy, that will see more staff using their Nottingham site.
With creative thinking, our team’s innovative design has delivered a perfect blend of functionality and sustainability for Experian’s ng2 campus.
