AgriTECH is a new build centre and was the first phase of the campus handed over.  It provides automotive and land based engineering facilities that include large workshop bays with hydraulic lifts to allow students to carry out servicing and repairs to vehicles.

The second & third stages of the scheme converted unheated agricultural buildings to provide a new modern teaching space and workshops for courses in the construction industry that includes brick laying, painting & decorating, and plastering.
