The accommodation provides the overall site central amenity facilities including a 300 seat auditorium, a managed meeting village and a 200 cover catering facility within a large glazed atrium. A changing area with locker facilities for cyclists is also provided.

Low energy features include a displacement ventilation system coupled with biomass heating.
