A three storey atrium and dramatic curved facade gives Cirrus a high profile, while the L-shaped plan provides efficient and flexible floor space.

The predominant colours are the pale cream of the brickwork, the white cladding of the canopy and the green tints within the glazing and the contrasting blackness of the polished masonry blocks.

Each floor zone has its own suite of services including comfort cooling, T5 lighting, power, telecom and data networks.  Sustainability and energy efficiency are given a high priority with heat recovery, intelligent controls and a “grey water” system.  A BREEAM Very Good rating has been achieved.

The plant room is integrated into the design of the central core and all external plant is located on the roof, unseen from street level.

Parking for 105 cars is supplemented by access to the cycle path network and on-site parking and shower facilities.

Cirrus forms an integral part of ng2, Nottingham’s most successful business park.
