Built on a brownfield site adjacent to the River Trent, the building optimises natural daylight and ventilation to the office spaces, one of the many elements that contributed to the achievement of its BREEAM Excellent rating.

Temporary accommodation and sectional completion allowed the Agency to remain fully occupational on site whilst the construction took place.
