The 3,500 sq ft unit for Frankie and Benny’s was designed around one of their standard layouts for an American Italian 50’s style restaurant.

Using a modern palette of materials, the unit was designed to reflect their location on a new-mixed use business park (adjacent to Derby County Football Club and a leisure centre / sports retail outlet).

High visibility was important, as was the careful design of servicing arrangements, given their high profile position.
