This 4 storey 19th century red brick mill building has been converted and comprises of residential accommodation of 12, one-bed apartments.

The scheme also includes bar/restaurant accommodation on the ground floor with an enclosed courtyard and feature gates.

A new 6 storey extension also provides bar/restaurant accommodation at the first two floors, with a total of seven one-bed apartments and two penthouse suites above.
