The eight storey development consists of a total of 73 apartments which are a mix of one and two bed units, as well as five duplexes. The majority of apartments have either balconies or terraces, and at the heart of the development an internal landscaped courtyard at first floor level provides a communal space for residents.

In addition there are two levels of residents’ parking providing 53 spaces.

The building elevations are designed as a contemporary response to surrounding buildings and the context as a whole and are articulated using a varying palette of materials.
