The building has been designed with a high quality ‘engineered’ look to the principal elevations to reflect the nature of the core business training programmes, mainly motor skills, bricklaying and plumbing. The accommodation includes a series of large workshops, reception, cafe and offices.

 
 

Close liaison with the in-house curriculum development department produced a flexible design to accommodate the client’s evolving educational requirements.
