There is lift access to all floors and secure underground parking for the apartments.

The appearance of the apartments is a modern contemporary aesthetic, with high quality terracotta and rainscreen panel cladding offset by resin render areas and stainless steel and glass balustrading.

The apartments form part of a phased development of the former Police Headquarters site on Full Street, which also includes a Premier Inn hotel. The second phase of the development is currently being planned and it is expected to commence in the near future.

 

 

Designed to optimise the sunlight the apartments have windows with juliette balconies for views over the river or courtyard.
